Accommodation

We have two methods of booking into the Group Room Block at RIT Inn & Conference Center:

- Online - https://www.rit.edu/ritinn using Group Attendee Code - 260615SSST  Go to the dropdown box called “Discount code”, and select the option “Group Attendee”

There are two room rates available, including $119/night + tax for Standard King, Double/Double, or Single rooms and $179/night + tax for Executive King, Double/Double, or Single rooms. Standard rooms are used for student housing during the academic year and can be considered two-star accommodation. Executive level rooms can be considered three-star accommodation.

Book by May 4th to secure the conference discounted rate. After this cutoff date, rooms may still be available, but only at a standard rate.
