Accommodation
We have two methods of booking into the Group Room Block at RIT Inn & Conference Center:

There are two room rates available, including $119/night + tax for Standard King, Double/Double, or Single rooms and $179/night + tax for Executive King, Double/Double, or Single rooms. Standard rooms are used for student housing during the academic year and can be considered two-star accommodation. Executive level rooms can be considered three-star accommodation.
Book by May 11th to secure the conference discounted rate. After this cutoff date, rooms may still be available, but only at a standard rate.
Getting Around
1. From the Airport:
- RIT Inn has a 6-passenger shuttle and can provide transportation from and returning to the airport for registered guests of the hotel. To book, call the hotel once you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up: (+1)585-359-1800 and press option 6. The hotel only has one shuttle, so there may be a wait if there is already a trip underway. The distance from Rochester Airport to RIT Inn is 10 miles.
- Taxi cabs are staged a baggage claim
- Rideshare is also available (Uber/Lyft)
2. Getting Around the City
- The hotel shuttle can transport hotel guests to any location within 5 miles of the hotel.
