ISSST Refund and Cancellation policy:
ISSST understands there is increased complexity around attending in-person gatherings during the time of COVID, and we are relaxing our cancellation policy considering continually changing guidelines. Therefore, we are offering the following options:
- Registration fee is 100% refundable for 30 days after purchase unless purchased within 30 days of the start of the conference.
- All participants have an opportunity to switch to a pre-recorded presentation and we will refund the difference, if requested on or before May 15th.
- Cancellations or refunds requested within 30 days of the event (June 21, 2022) will not be refunded. The last day to request a refund is May 20, 2022
- Hotel room reservations at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel may be canceled up to 48 business hours before your arrival date.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
- Registrants will be required to provide proof of vaccination (via approved digital passport or physical vaccination card) If you are medically unable to receive the vaccine, please send written documentation from a licensed physician.
- If you test positive for COVID within 5 days of the conference, you can switch to prerecorded and have the difference applied to the 2023 conference.
- If COVID levels rise and the city of Pittsburgh reaches a CDC Level 3 threat prior to the conference, we will switch to a virtual conference. In that case, you have the option of using your registration to attend the virtual conference and we will refund the difference, or you may request a full refund, or apply your registration fee toward the 2023 conference.
